 Day 1

 Mwanza (City tour)

After having your breakfast at Pizzeria.

           What to do?

                   -Drive/ walk around the city.

                   -Visit 3 markets of Mwanza.

                                   i.e Mlango mmoja, Mwaloni fish market and city market.

                   - Stop over at Bismarck rock in Lake Victoria, the universal icon of Mwanza.

                                                 Named after the Chancellor of German Empire in 1871

                                                    (Otto Eduard Leopord Von Bismarck (1815 - 1898)).           

                   - Bujora Sukuma Museum,

                                       Sukuma is the largest tribe among 120 tribes found in Tanzania.

          Dinner and Overnight in Mwanza                                        Approx.  Full day tour.

Day 2

Mwanza  / Ukerewe Island in Lake Victoria.

After having an early breakfast at the Hotel drive to the Habour to take your ferry to Ukerewe.

          What to do?
                    -Sail from Mwanza to Ukerewe island.

                                           The largest Island in Lake Victoria.

                    - Hot lunch at Nansio, the capital center for Ukerewe Island.

                    -Early evening biking tour to Hamuyebe village.

            Dinner and Overnight at Banda / Tented Lodge.            Approx. - 3 to 4 hrs sailing

Day 3

 Ukerewe Island (full day) in Lake Victoria.

After having your sumptuous breakfast at the Hotel.

          What to do?

                    -Drive to Bukindo village-visit Chief palace.

                    -Buzegwe village - Coconut plantation.

                    -Kagunguri village - visit the first Christian church to be built in East Africa.

                    - Murutunguru village - the first cotton factory.
                    - Halwego village - visit a Museum, have a glance at Nyerere Peak.

                    - Local/Picnic lunch at Muriti village. 

                    - Rubya forest plantation and Beach,

                                      the only place in ukerewe where swimming is allowed.

                    -Drive back to Nansio

                
         Dinner & Overnight at Nansio.                                              Approx.  Full day tour.

Day 4

 Ukerewe Island / Serengeti.

After breakfast at the hotel at Nansio

            What to do?

                       -Depart from Ukerewe Island with a different route.

                     - Board a ferry for half an hour sailing to Kisolya village.

                     - Drive straight to the Western Corridor of the Serengeti.            

                     -Check in via Ndabaka entrance gate.
                     -Game viewing around Grumet River.

                     -Picnic lunch.
                     - Enjoy the hungry Nile crocodile.
                     -Have a glance at the school of hippo.

    Dinner and Overnight at Seronera, center of  the Serengeti.  Approx. -Half an hr sailing

Day 5

Serengeti (full day)

Depart for early morning game drive at 0600hrs (the best time for game viewing),

drive back for breakfast then proceed with the evening game viewing 

             What to do?

                      - If booked in advanced, go for hot-air balloon safari.

                      -Drive around the Kopjes, an island in the sea of grass

                      -Explore uncountable number of animal.
                      -Discover all the hidden secrets with our skilled safari guide
                      -Hot lunch at the lodge/campsite.

                      -Enjoy this an extraordinary game viewing. 

             -Dinner and Overnight in the Serengeti                    Approx.  Full day game viewing.

Day 6

 Serengeti / Olduvai Gorge.

After an American breakfast depart at 8.00a.m start driving to Olduvai gorge.

through the eastern part of the Serengeti.

          What to do?

                  -Explore the endless plains of the Serengeti where wildebeest migration originates
                  -Visit Olduvai Gorge (the Cradle of mankind).

                    It was here that Dr. Leak and his wife Mary Leak excavated an early man

                   -Picnic lunch

                    -Follow the Leaks way as you walk around this historical place.

                Dinner & Overnight at the rim of the Crater         Approx.  Half day game viewing.

Day 7

 Ngorongoro / Lake Eyasi.

After having a sumptuous breakfast in Ngorongoro drive to Lake Eyasi to meet bushmen.

Their life reflects the Stone Age period, they hunt with bows and arrows and gather roots, tubers and wild fruits. This is unbelievable! For the informative World like this to have indigenous people like Hadzabe.

            What to do?

                        -Visit bushman homesteads

                        - Introduction.

                        - Talk and shake hands with Hadzabe

                                     (the only hunt-gatherer still following the steps of their fore-fathers).

                        - Learn the bushman culture including animal tracking, medicinal plants etc.

                        - Learn a few vocabularies of their local language i.e Click-tongue language

                        - Experience more about this East-African bushmen.

            -Dinner and Overnight in the Serengeti                     Approx.  Half day game driving.

Day 8

 Bushmen land (full day).
Wake up very early in the morning for a pre-sunrise breakfast.

        What to do?

             -Drive from the camp for approx. 20 minutes to locate the bushmen (Hadzabe).

             -By the aid of a bushmen, hunt on foot using bushman weapons i.e. bows and arrows.

             -After this morning hunting, take your meat (If you are luck)

             -Hot lunch at the Camp.

              -Sunset walk around Lake Eyasi which support large number of flamingos.                              -Spectacular view of Ngorongoro Highlands and the Serengeti plains to the north.

                 -Dinner and Overnight at the Camp.                  Approx.  Half  day game hunting.

Day 9

 Lake Eyasi / Mto wa Mbu.

After having your sumptios breakfast at the camp.

           What to do?

                    -Drive to Mto wa Mbu village close to Lake Manyara
                    - Interact with different people at Mto wa mbu (about 100 tribes living together)
                    - Get to know African culture.
                    - Either half day cultural tour or bicycle riding. (Optional)

                   Dinner & Overnight in Arusha.                   Approx.  Half day cultural tour.

Day 10

 Lake Manyara / Arusha.

After an American breakfast depart at 8.00  depart to Lake Manyara National Park.

          What to do?

                 - The lake itself covers about 2/3 of the park.

                   -The Great Rift valley escarpment
                   -400 species of birds including flamingos
                   -Underground natural forest.

                   -Natural hot Spring water (you may boil an egg)
                   -Hippo pool
                   -Soda Lake, supports blue green algae suitable for Flamingos
                   -Picnic lunch while viewing the lake.

                  -Troops of baboons and monkey including black and white baboon

          Dinner & Overnight outside the park.                          Approx.  Full day driving.

Day 11

Arusha / Zanzibar (the Stone Town).

After breakfast at the Hotel

          What to do?

                     -Short Arusha town tour before taking a flight to Zanzibar.

                     -Hot lunch.

                     -Evening relax at the beach. 

                Dinner & Overnight in Zanzibar                         Approx.  Half day walking.

Day 12

 The Stone Town.

          What to do?

                     - Visit the City market

                     - Stop over at the famous Slave market site

                     - National Museum of Zanzibar

                     - Explore Jozan forest.

              Dinner & Overnight in Zanzibar                          Approx.     Half day walking.

Day 13

 Beach (full day).

After breakfast at the hotel in Zanzibar

          What to do?

                   -Leisure and relax at the beach

                   -Hot / Picnic lunch (your choice).

                Dinner & Overnight in Zanzibar                          Approx.  Full day Relaxing.

Day 14

 Stone Town / Dar then take your flight.

After having your breakfast at the Lodge.

          What to do?

                    -Prepare yourself for your flight home in the evening.

                    -A day room for preparation

                   -Kwa heri- lunch in Dar es salaam, the largest city in Tanzania

        -Shopping

                    -Transfer to Mwalimu Nyerere International Airport for your flight home
